1500 Calorie Diet April 3, 2023My decadent brekkie for under 500, including a glass of soymilk. Bring butter and sugar to a boil with a little salt and add bananas. Cook for a minute, flip bananas, and take off the heat. You can add a little water or milk to your sauce if you want it to be thinner, but I like it rich and thick.
