Assuming it’s entree size, looks good other than maybe a smidge darker stoneware plate to create a more stark contrast. One of the best things about your dish is the bright colors, why steal focus with a bright plate?

The hand is obviously a bit eh as far as appealing pics go, plate is also too busy on top of busy. The symmetry is off, but I like the concept – that hummus is so vibrant and beautiful! Looks tasty but also confused how it’s supposed to be eaten. Hummus won’t stick to leaves and the ratio of hummus to lettuce skews heavily towards hummus, so even if I were trying to use lettuce as a vehicle I think the balance would be off. If I were served this I’d be begrudgingly happy. The crispy chickpeas look great in particular and I’d rather have more of those than furikake, which just feels like it’s done for show, I don’t think it would be appealing to eat in this context.
