    Looks great to me I would add a few more greens and some sautéed portobellos The steak looks perfect to me

  3. I’m usually on board with this but it does seem like a waste of a nice cut like filet mignon 🙁 Id have used a cheaper cut

    Ok, this is a toss up. I would absolutely destroy that. I imagine it tastes awesome.

    On the other hand, we gotta agree with some of our fellow foodies that yes- presentation can improve.

    I dont imagine you made this plate with the intention of sharing it vs enjoying it so bon appetite mon ami.
