Friendly-Try578 on May 10, 2026 3:38 pm My first time making it with the béchamel – it was rich & delicious. My note for next time is to add more stock and/or crushed tomatoes for more liquid as it evaporated some during cooking. Also, more milk in the béchamel to make it creamier.
