Looks great. However… the egg could be more visually appealing. If you aren’t already, try swirling your egg in a fine mesh to remove the fine egg whites for a cleaner look, and create a whirlpool in the water before adding egg. Nice plate!

i think peeling or blanching the asparagus might bring some more visual appeal to it
agreed on the other comment about the egg. is the goat cheese under the egg? maybe could try placing it throughout the dish instead, if it is indeed under the egg
nice dish overall
edit: some sort of grey or blue plate might work better to add some more contrast

Sounds like a good dish on a menu page but needs color. A yellow would be my choice, maybe incorporate the yellow from the yolk as a drizzle (not drizzle yolk of course – some emulsification) that would make it pop.

Gorgeous!
Clean, fresh, and lets me know each ingredient while also letting me dispense them to my tastes.

Very pretty, love the spots of pink. The white on white with left side lighting is an effective effect, stark and clean but not too static. I would adjust the lighting slightly, maybe go for a diagonal and a further source, atm it’s too harsh of a divide between light and shadow.

Beautiful. How did you lay the asparagus like that?
