Meatloaf, carrots, and potatoes. I didn’t have meatloaf seasoning, so I tossed in seasoning for beef stew. Glaze was ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. It took every ounce of my being not to eat the whole meatloaf. OMG.
