    You can peel the skin off the rotisserie chicken and fry it to make a very nice bacon-esque substitute that works well in a BLT.

    Then you have the meat. You can also add some water to picked over carcass and make broth. Then make soup or other dishes.

    It’s pretty easy to get at least a week’s worth of meals out of a single chicken. But using the drippings to make pasta is a new one for me. Gonna have to try that.
