    Plating looks fantastic, neat, concise, shows off everything you want to show off. Only issue: (and this is what *some* people say, I’m pretty whatever on it) keep the rim clean. It looks more professional, plus it minimizes the chance of a server smudging it somehow. Quick wipe and you’re fine.

    Also chocolate and raspberry with lamb and potato is bold, but I’m intrigued, lol
