It’s pretty good! It doesn’t have the same ultrarich mouth feel as regular Brie, but the taste finishes with the same fungal funk as Brie. Would happily eat on a cheese tray.

As a non-vegan cheese lover, I can say how surprised I was about rebel. I liked every variety I tried. It’s pricey but it’s the best vegan cheese out there.

As a lactose intolerant cheese lover I’m always happy to learn about different vegan cheeses! I mainly stick to aged cheeses now and sometimes when I feel ok enough (I have other stomach problems) I’ll pop a lactaid and enjoy some good ole fashioned lactose filled cheese. God I miss cheese.
