Pork Milanese with Bagna Cauda (Anchovy/Garlic), Spring Greens, Peas and Jersey Royal Potatoes. Not Quite the Presentation I Had in Mind, But This Was Delicious!
I scaled for portions of course, used pork shoulder steaks that were tenderised. I used spring greens (not nero) as I already had in my veggie drawer. Plus added potatoes for a starch. 👌🏼
