Before you say anything… It’s Parmesan pressed sourdough and YES it’s crispy! And YES I ate the cheese crisp! And YES… It’s about 10 slices of cheese.
It’s the only thing holding my 💩 together! 🧐😂

  1. That’s more or less the amount of cheese that I use when I make them. I use a larger variety of cheeses though, and generally stronger ones along with the milder, meltier ones. It’s all about balance for me.

  3. That looks amazing!! The only part I feel uncomfortable about is the amount of butter they use to toast the slices. I know, I know—so weird, but for some reason melted cheese fat doesn’t bother me but bread soggy and greasy from melted butter does. Doesn’t make sense!! 🤪
