Looks great. Nice clean bone. But use broccolini. Broccoli florets just look cheap. Lol. Broccolini lays nice and grills nicely to ass some char flavor

I first read that as “chicken two ways with blood” but that’s a me thing not a you thing. I would maybe change the blood colored plate for a little more contrast with the sauce. Or just lean into it fully, whichever
