    I know the rice may look way too much compared to the chicken piece, but its only 10oz (60 calories). I added some Vietnam cock sauce, salt, black pepper and a moderate serving of frank’s red hot sauce to give it that red color or else it would be really bland.

    And chicken was maybe 250 calories for 20g of protein.

    Completely understand it isn’t impressive by any means, but just wanted to show one consistent meal i use for weight loss
