    Get rid of the pea shoots. If you want to add colour, pop some blanched spinach around – contrast of colour shouldn’t disteact from the plate

    This is an amazing combination, using regular inexpensive ingredients and plating them well.

    Good plating. 7/10. Nicely cooked ingredients, not too much sauce, good use of color and layout. Looks pretty good. Something about the center is a little off.
