    I’d be a bit worried consuming that much borage flowers though that might just be me. Last time we served a salad with those some guests had a stomach ache

    The only words I recognise are coconut, radish and chile. It sounds and looks fucken amazing.

    This looks like a plate of springtime. So pretty. From the US, don’t know what a lot of this is but it looks so good, I’d eat it!

  8. Looks fucking incredible but I doubt most cooks could put this out quickly and have it look like that

  9. Funny how some people say to avoid blue on plating, but I think the flowers give a nice contrast
