    Looks awesome. The texture of the sauce looks perfect, it’s sitting so well on the plate. Nice color on the cabbage too. I had to look up Duchesse de Bourgogne. How’d you do the cream sauce? Sounds intriguing.

    Looks incredible, I looooove a roasted cabbage with pork products.

    What else is on top of the cabbage besides the ham? Some kind of brown butter crumb?

  8. Looks delicious! I would probably change the ham with other proteins I mean maybe but yeah still looking good! And definitely I wanna try that sauce ugh it sounds tasty also thank you for sharing your technique!
