    Looks gorgeous. And delicious. BTW, I had pickled red grapes the other day and it was enlightening! My brain went OFF on different flavor combinations. I could see that adding a nice brightness to this dish. How did you prepare yours?

  2. At first glance I like this.

    In reflection for a minute the yellow flowers look weird across the plate like that. And why not mirror the round scallop with the grape cut across it’s diameter? Cut like that is fine but they’re hiding under all that lovely salad, they one by itself is odd.

    I’m curious how spicy, I’d love to taste this plate with the sweetness of the grapes.
