Any suggestion on how to make the plating better? I feel like the color is too monotonous

    Maybe a few quick-pickled red onions on top? Tbh I’d eat it as is! I understand your concern with the colors tho. Looks like a pop of color would fix it.

  2. Braised red cabbage, sweetcorn, pink peppercorns, fresh salsa? Just a couple colours makes it better
