    We have something similar (but different) at the place i work at – it’s crab salad but with *citrus* mayo, nico cold pickled kholrabi & snap peas, dill, and fennel pollen. And that’s served on espellete-seasoned yuca chips. I have yet to try the whole dish, but your dish reminded me of it. Looks good!
