I’m always torn with salads like this. From an eating perspective, I think it’s better to have dressed the tomatoes so they are nice and even coated, but it looks so much more vibrant and clean on the plate without the dressing.

Tear the burrata open a bit and season/add oil. It looks more inviting to the diner that way.

I love pouring a freshly pulled espresso right over my tomato and cheese salad 🙂
What’s in the saucer? I like the presentation overall but agree that slicing or tearing open the burrata would make it more inviting.
