I really like this plating well done! I think the brush strokes of the rosemary looks really good. The consistency is thick enough where you get a nice separation between the white and green bands. My only suggestion is maybe try giving the dish a bit more height. You might be able to accomplish that with some replating of the bone.

Plate looks great – am I supposed to eat the raw rosemary?
Also I feel like I would sop up all the sauce on the plate in the first 2 bites and want more. Maybe just me on that one tho.
