[homemade] Made Japanese Milk Bread Buns, Serrano Aioli, Parmigiana American singles, ground short rib & chuck for a butter basted patty, buttermilk soaked / fried ultra thin eggplant slice, Japanese ketchup w/ smashed fingerling & caviar…took all afternoon.
I know I can Google, but what are milk bread buns?! Looks and sounds amazing and now thinking my trip a few years ago was incomplete bc I donât think I got to eat any of those!
