I'm really enjoying making big salads lately! The volume on this one was pretty good, it weighed in at around 550g (excluding the plate of course).

Ingredients and macros on the last slide – turkey bacon was air fried and the ground was done up in a pan, otherwise everything was thrown together on the plate.

I'm 5'1 and pretty sedentary since I work from home. SW 178, CW 159, GW 130.

I usually eat a large lunch, lighter dinner and then some assorted snacks like fruit and cheese in the evenings. Making good progress! If you have any hidden gems you like for fun salads, let me know below.
