    in my personal opinion fish in a circle is too reminiscent of canned tuna, so the association might be a bit off-putting.

    Otherwise, really great plate! Lovely char you have going on and the colors are gorgeous! Well done!

    Love this plate! I think some micro basil and orcl baby basil leaves on the peppers would be an excellent contrast in color and add to the dish.

  3. The fish needs a lot of work. its possibly over cooked, carved poorly (torn the flesh and dragged herb over it) and wasn’t rolled tight enough. The vegetable to fish ratio is way off. Other wise it sounds really tasty. Execution was a miss but emulation has to start somewhere. Keep it up.
