    Personally, lose the forbidden rice and just focus on the other components on the plate. I like the scallop sear and the sea beans are a nice garnish.

  2. I like that the forbidden rice is censored haha. Almost looks like heaps of caviar. Nice scallops. The center ring feels too empty– what’s supposed to happen there when eating?

    Don’t understand the whole portrait mode on food. You want to be able to see the entire dish, you don’t want components blurred out. The scallops look amazing, but the beans just look out of place to me.
