Cocked salmon with reduced soy sauce over cheese noodels that were heated in the same pan to get the left over aroma of the salmon. Topped with Italian spices, basil and some black pepper on the side. It was extremely delicious but a bit much salt for my taste. Next time I’m not going to salt the noodle water and add less soy sauce on the noodles. Maybe a bit of milk in the noodle pan would make it more creamy and reduce the salty taste.

  1. It honestly looks like ramen carbonara with salmon…. I bet that’d be good, as im sure this was…. noodles goes in bowl though, pasta can go on a plate
