What are the crispy guys on top? You didn’t mention those. What in the world is a “mixed” cream sauce? Nice colors and shape, I like the plate choice.

I don’t think this will taste good at all. In fact I think it will be utterly horrible.
You should send them all to me so I can make certain NO ONE else ever has to taste and eat this most utterly amazing dish.
No one except me should be punished by eating this.

Looks very cookie cutter in terms of execution. Nothing sounds exciting. I’m sure it tastes good regardless.

You should put lil X on the tomatoes and Blanche them for a minute. Then ice water bath. The skins slip right off and would compliment the texture of melon.
