Seared Cumin-Dusted Pork Chop with Romesco and Garlic Beans
I know there is something missing here – but I can’t quite sort out what. The cumin, pork, and sauce work wonders together, and the snappy green beans. What else should be here? The colors, I think, are beautiful though.
