[homemade] German Sourdough bread with cream cheese, red bell pepper and Garden cress

(and obviously fried over easy egg:))
Nothing fancy but at the same time proper bread is still a pretty german thing so I feel like I have a point in sharing it.
This combination is simple but also some kind of 5 minute dark magic soul food because it is bloody damn delicious.
I bake the bread myself. 🙂
