Big old pockets of chocolate and flaky sea salt of course

    Recipe:
    1 cup butter
    2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 salt
    1 cup dark brown sugar ( this makes them extra chewy)
    1/3 reg sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tbsp milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    Chunky Chocolate chips or bars to your desired cute about 8 oz?
    Sea salt to finish

    Obvi brown your butter, set aside and cool before whipping it with the wet ingredients and sugar. Add dry ingredients and fold in chips. IMPORTANT: bc the butter is melted you really need to chill these, 3 hours in the fridge or 30- 45 minutes freezer (I do this bc I’m impatient) bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. When they get that slight browned edge it’s time to pull. Sprinkle salt as soon as they get out. 🙂
