Looks like homemade roast potatoes, and half way through, squashed down with a press (which I’d do a little to get more surface area on the hot pan to crisp up) but squashed a lot so they form a sheet, then that’s the base and toppings added. Cool for a bit longer to harden up and job done, a roast potato base with toppings, pizza.
