Farmers market purple (I swear it was purple when I bought it lmao) asparagus, lemon dill copper river sockeye salmon from Sitka seafood, and some rice-a-roni 😂

I love asparagus! The white albumin on the salmon there means it’s either cooked too hot or too long, just idgaf but that’s why restaurant salmon doesn’t have the white albumin issue. Baked you can just lower the heat and shorten the time any previously frozen salmon is safe to eat even medium rare
