Camping burners can have a really hot flame, my Camp Chef propane double burner is hotter than any kitchen stove I have ever had. Great for wok work and searing. It’s more or less permanently set up outside in the shed, awesome för making hot sauce or really fragrant stuff as well. Love that thing.
