Some things are mostly a matter of perspective, I think. In this case, I’d say that this looks like a perfectly delicious meat stew. Which may not have been exactly what you were originally going for, but hardly a bad result at all.

Not enough gravy. Never enough.

Wouldnt really call that gravy tbh. Its likely stock/water. You made stew. Still good but Just use less liquid next time if you want a true sauce/gravy

Looks delicious. No such thing as too much gravy. It does look a bit on the thin side(only in my opinion, if you like it thin please disregard this) a quick solve is a cornstarch slurry, 2tbsp cornstarch mixed with 4-6 tbsp water until the lumps are gone then stir it into the pot roast liquid/gravy and let it cook for a few minutes and it will thicken up nicely.

Not possible.
There is never to much gravy.
Just need some bread to sop it all up 🤤
Only if it bothers you I’m pretty sure
No but I personally like mine thicker.
You need some rice and a garlic toast
