  1. Nice job on the glacage, that’s beautiful and very clean.
The only thing I would maybe tweak, would be to bring the elements in tighter and possibly add decor to the tiramisu.

  2. A beautiful dish, exceptionally well executed mate. Maybe bring elements a little closer, but meh.

That is one of the best plates I’ve seen on here. Truly excellent.

  3. could the large bar be shortened?

i’m thinking, what if it had the same dimensions as the other components?

an exciting shape like this -> /=/ would be interesting for the eyes. the slanted edges would look interesting.

  4. This is *very* pretty, and your technical skill and attention to detail are obviously top-calibre.

I would say though… looking through your insta, all your other plates have a vibrancy and a freshness that this is missing. I’m not dissing monochrome; monochromatic plates can be lovely. Just saying that this is missing something–probably something small–that would elevate this plate to where the rest of yours are.

  5. This is just so clean and beautiful!

I remember you from the strawberry, cherry tomato, beet salad plate!

  6. In my opinion, the placement of the coffee micro sponge feels a bit …off? Other than that, move the components closer together and yeah it’s perfect

  7. This looks amazing, really well made. But it looks like could be different things someone grabbed in a buffet. You could bring it together as a dish with the plating.
