– 1/4C Aldi Lemon Pesto Sauce
– 1C Chicken Broth
– 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
– 1 Onion – finely diced (any color onion would work)
– Splash of lemon juice
– Parmesan Cheese
– pan-friend gnocchi
– Optional: red pepper flakes, arugula
For the sauce:
1) Sautée onions until translucent in melted butter, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2) Add in chicken broth and let that reduce down on medium/high heat
3) Once reduced, add in Pesto and mix. Let that mix for a few minutes. Add Parmesan if you’d like.
4) Add a splash of lemon juice & red pepper flakes. If adding arugula, add now to let wilt slightly.
5) Toss cooked gnocchi and enjoy!

It looks good but the title confuses me.
Does Aldi have special or different ingredients than another grocery store? I shop there and it strikes me the same as most major grocery stores?
Seems like if I were to post “[Dinner] Made entirely from Whole Foods ingredients”
