Cheese sticks. If you don’t want to fry coat in flour, then egg, then into bread crumbs. Put them on a tray lined with paper and freeze them this step is important. Then you air fry for best results or oven if you don’t have an air fryer.

When we get a large piece like that we cut it in chunks and vacuum seal them. They’ll stay good for a long time.

Dice some into cubes, make your favorite meatball recipe, wrap the meat around your cheese cubes and cook as usual.
You could also do a stuffed meatloaf with some prosciutto and spinach inside with the cheese.
