I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Kenny’s Farmstead is nestled in the rolling hills of Southern Kentucky, just above the Tennessee border. The dairy strove to set a new standard of dairy farming in the area and set the cows to pasture and ensured comfort of the cows. Gentle handling of the animals led to better milk, more cows and cheesemaking. Now they milk about 130 cows and make several different cheeses. Norwood is a well balanced blend of styles, cheddar, alpine and gouda. Notes of sweetness and nuts underlays the acidity that is prominent, but the nutty notes linger on the finish. Pair with a sparkling rose with notes of berries.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.
