So beautiful I don’t want to eat it, except I know it will be sublimely delicious. Well done, chef!

Stunning. Absolutely beautiful dish. I had a wow moment when I saw the photo.
You have a good eye for colour and composition.

Beautiful, and it looks and sounds absolutely delicious. My only possible recommendation is to maybe rethink the rosemary garnish, as I think it would detract from rather than add to the experience if it got on my spoon.

This is an absolutely gorgeous dish, had to look a few times to grasp it.

This is really, really pretty. I would personally like a little more crunch than just the tuile (which is incredible, fyi), and I think the whole rosemary is an error. But otherwise, this is great.

God damn that is stunning

Beautiful dish, but the rosemary not so much. General rule of thumb for me is don’t garnish with something you wouldn’t eat. Would you eat whole rosemary leaves?
I came back to look at this again, beautiful execution

How fun, looks pro, components sound delicious. Maybe crisp the rosemary? but the green looks balanced. Smooth moove.

Wow! That is art right there! I *really* would love to try this, I’m intrigued by the rosemary and wonder how it tastes with the dish! Amazing job!

Man,I can’t stop looking at it. Such great colors, details and flavors. Just the rosemary bits don’t do it for me but that’s a small detail. Fantastic work.

Wow! How did you make that tuile shape? Did you cut plastic with an exacto in that shape and then stencil? Beautiful.
