Just my opinions but since this is on here I’d imagine you’d like some constructive criticism; Figs look poorly cut and almost chewed, port sauce covered all the beautiful pork loin would’ve liked to see more of the pork, having a sauce and a purée is too much going on, carrots look pretty bad and should be blanched or cut in a better fashion. Also that plate is not very appealing to the dish. No negativity keep on cooking! 🍳👨🏻‍🍳
