    Looks good. You know what that chili crisp is good for when you’re down to just the oil? Spicy popcorn. Dump it in a little pot, and it makes the best spicy popcorn ever when you pop it in the oil. Just make sure to shake it a few times to coat all the kernels before they pop.

    OP you gotta try Brie with an Oreo next. It is divine. Add a bit of strawberry to it and take the game even higher

  5. Baked brie and XO sauce is also a winner.

    Also chilli crisp on vanilla ice cream.

    My dairy sensitive tummy hates me so much.

    I have a dry chili crisp that I love, and it too is very good with soft ripened cheeses. Or any cheese, I like it on top of an open faced melted cheese toast. Preferably with some Dijon mustard, smoked trout, and chopped cornichons under the cheese.
