
1500 calories daily. I was pretty consistent. A few exceptions, of course, for holidays/birthdays/special events. Even so, on those days I ate primarily at maintenance and still made sure to hit my protein goals.
40ish female, btw.
Interesting to see all the fluctuations.
I started reverse dieting last month and have now increased my calories to 1700.
It was a weight loss of about .9lbs a week. š
