Notnotcoraline on November 23, 2022 8:16 am In retrospect: Should have rested the lamb longer, juice was leaking onto the plate and watering down the sauce. Sauce could have been poured on the plate before, instead of drizzled over the lamb. Greens could have been larger and more carefully placed, but I was pressed for time.
