  1. The placement is spot on. If I’d do anything, I’d add a small dollop of the cashew cream to the top of the pave, to tie it all together.

  2. Is the pave mandoline sliced beets carrots and something else, cooked slow and low with melted butter and cornstarch and then weighted down? Any help is appreciated
