Lettuce with fried food feels weird to me, the heat and oil are likely to make it wilt and give it an unpleasant texture. If you want something green, maybe consider green onions. If you cut them into 3 inch pieces, sliced them in half, then pickled or grilled them they could be a nice contrast to the protein. All that said the shrimp themselves look perfect!

These are fried shrimp. Popcorn shrimp is much smaller and more abundant. Sauce on the plate and in a dipping cup? I’m confused about why that is. Absolutely hate lettuce as a garnish for fried food, it gets hot and greasy and inedible. Is this a salad? If not, the radishes and tomatoes can go too. Pickled radishes or other veggies would be a much better accompaniment. I like the one comment about maybe using grilled green onions or something like that.
