Where’s the purée? Where’s the jus? Plate is weird but I can kinda imagine it looks better in person, but as it stands all I’m seeing is bland lentils, ok pork and some flowers 🤷🏻♂️

The pork belly looks very nice as do the flowers but the color of the lentils underneath appears a bit one note I’m not sure what the contrast issue is for me also where is the puree?

The plate is distracting. It pulls your focus away from the dish.
