Sweet potato: microwave for 5 mins, cut into medallions. Season with oil, sat, cinnamon, black pepper. Ranch: sour cream, mayo, milk or cream, lemon juice, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, msg (optional)
