  1. Looks and sounds great. Loving the salmon and fennel combo, esp the addition of the fronds. Is the agrodolce green with parsley? Or is it something else?

    The agrodulce and parsley are seperate. Instead of mixing the herbs into it I wanted another sauce so I blanched then blended parsley with veg stock, fish sauce and lemon to do the green sauce.

    Wow that looks amazing. Is that a lot of salmon or does it just look like a lot of salmon. Lol just looks like a lot of protein for an appt, a positive thing.

  4. What are the green leaves with red veins ?
    I see them a lot in photos but not sure what they are called
