Looks and sounds great. Loving the salmon and fennel combo, esp the addition of the fronds. Is the agrodolce green with parsley? Or is it something else?

The agrodulce and parsley are seperate. Instead of mixing the herbs into it I wanted another sauce so I blanched then blended parsley with veg stock, fish sauce and lemon to do the green sauce.

Agridulce means bittersweet in spanish but what does agrodulce mean? Dont get it.
