    If I may (for the sole purpose of giving constructive feedback and not criticising for the sake of)

    I think the dish has too much acidic components. If that’s the ratio of acid to farce, your farce won’t taste of much

    Tomatoes vs berries vs beets, I think pickling beets would’ve helped stick with the theme, and raw sliced beets would’ve been texturally better than raw tomatoes

    Duck breast looks absolutely amazing, purée consistency is great

  3. I’m assuming there’s a filter on the photo. I like to see a dish a little more in it’s natural state. Not neon. Sounds great though!

  4. The left side of the plate looks amazing. The right side looks like a bug, giving rode signals to stop and go. Always take a step back and take a look at the big picture. Very nice overall. 🤙
