‘Soubise’ cevenne onions filled with a soubise of onion & Flandrien cheese, on top pickled onions capers, onion & garlic flowers, bouillon of roasted onions & vadouvan spices.

    This is a really beautiful dish. I have a hard time imagining what it would taste like, but that does not take away from my desire to taste it.
